The Stanford Cyber Initiative was founded in January, 2015 with a generous donation from the Hewlett Foundation. Our faculty directors are George Triantis and Dan Boneh. Allison Berke is the Executive Director. We support 21 multidsciplinary research projects involving faculty from across Stanford as well as the student group Applied Cybersecurity and the podcast Raw Data, and we host a monthly seminar series with researchers and industry leaders working in cybersecurity. Our executive education events and conferences focus on cyber risk, insurance, blockchain engineering, law enforcement use of cyber technologies, and the future of labor in a world resplendent with cyber technology.

Our writing can be found on our blog, at Medium, and in op-eds and research articles across the web. See our news section for more articles and links. You may also be interested in our sponsored podcast, Raw Data, which reports on research and current events related to living online.
