Dan Boneh selected as Simons Investigator

Co-Director Dan Boneh has been selected as a Simons Investigator, an award given by the Simons Foundation to outstanding mathematicians, physicists, and computer scientists. The Investigators program provides $100,000 annually for an initial period of five years to outstanding scientists, enabling them to devote years to the study of a fundamental question in math, physics, or computer science. The awards are renewable for an additional five years, depending on a review in the fourth year.

Please join us in congratulating Professor Boneh, as we look forward to hearing about the fundamental research to which he will apply this award.
